Being a woman in modern America is ripe with nuance, intrigue and controversy. Amidst living in a culture that not too long ago conditioned women to believe that there place was in the home taking care of the family, modern day women are exploring how to have empowered, authentic, purposeful, passion-driven lives while still embracing the softness and tenderness of what it means to be in our Feminine.

Arielle Brown and Jamie Thompson will take us on a journey into the underbelly of two women's raw and real explorations of intimacy, sex, spirituality, taboo, power dynamics, money, gender, embodiment, self-mastery and more. There hope is that through sharing their unfiltered experience of being an embodied and liberated woman in our culture will give an inside perspective that invites more curiosity, more approval, and more excitement for all those who tune in. So with that, please join us for six vulnerable conversations between a woman and a woman.

February 13 at 10am: The Victim Archetype in Romance & Relationship
Many women struggle with losing ourselves in relationship. When we're single, we can feel clear and connected to our sense of self and direction, yet when in relationship, we lose connection to our own desires and collapse into the reality of the person we are with. Being raised watching Disney movies, women are conditioned to believe that in order to find love, on some level, we need to be saved. How do we as women create empowered relationship dynamics where we are able to show up in our power, our boundaries, and our desire? How do we craft relationships on our terms, and not simply play into the role that Walt Disney and modern culture has crafted for us?
February 20 at 10am: The Dark Side of the Goddess Movement
The Goddess movement has been a source of empowerment for many spiritually oriented women. It has helped women to connect to their sacredness, to their sensuality, and to their intuition. However, there is an underlying force beneath the Goddess movement that begs to be spoken to. How is the Goddess movement similar to the feminist movement? How has identification with being a Goddess enforced unfair double standards and resent towards men? How does identifying as a Goddess allow us to avoid or spiritually bypass or our humanity, flaws, and areas in need of growth and awareness?
February 27 at 10am: Power, Surrender and Releasing Control
In the days of post-feminism, many women are struggling to balance being powerful while staying connected to our softness. In the workplace and social circles, a strong women is quick to be called a "bitch", while a strong man with the same qualities might be called a "leader". Many women are finding that in order to feel powerful, we believe we need to take on qualities of force, control and dominance in order to get what we want. As a result, we find that many women are strongly in their "Masculine", and faced with the ambivalence of wanting to surrender control, yet simultaneously feeling terrified of doing so. How do we navigate this tight rope of being an empowered woman, while simultaneously embracing our softness and ability to receive?
March 6 at 10am: Cultural Taboos: Sex, Older Men & Exploring with Women
A woman who openly loves sex in itself is a taboo. To celebrate our love of sex as a woman is to come to terms with the fact that some people may consider us a slut. Exploring our sexuality in modern day culture, we'll seek to explore two cultural taboos: The taboo of women engaging in sexual relationships with older men, and the taboo of women exploring sexuality and attraction with other women. Threesomes could also find there way into this conversation. How as women do we come to terms with the judgments of a close-minded culture, and release shame around full embracing our sexual curiosity and desires?
March 13 at 10am: Competition, Comparison & Scarcity Mindset
Women are conditioned to compete with and judge each other. Many of us do our best to hide it, yet it's something that runs rampant underneath many of our interactions. Jealousy. Gossip. Petty name-calling. Competition around men. What is actually happening here? How can we bring this undercurrent to the surface to create a rich playground for healing, connection and abundance of opportunity? How can we learn to actually "get off" on celebrating and supporting women, and why is doing that so important for our own health and happiness?
March 20 at 10am: Embodiment, Transmission & Mastering Your Reality

We live in a culture that has conditioned women to feel shame for our bodies if it doesn't meet an idealized standard of beautify and perfection. The problem with that? Shame for our bodies makes it nearly impossible for people to know and feel who we truly are. What does it mean to be able to transmit our truth and our message? What does it take to truly create a reality and relationships in alignment with our core desires and values? What does it mean to be an "expert" and a leader in a day and age where everyone is presenting an idealized image of who they want people to believe they are?
